Monte Paraiso Golden Mile
This development is just above one of the most recognisable features of the Golden Mile, the King Abdul Aziz Mosque and opposite the Puente Romano Hotel. This is a great location, as it is equidistant between Marbella and Banus, within walking distance of the beach and with easy access to the road. The Puente Romano has some of the best restaurants and bars in the area around their stunning Plaza, as well as a great tennis club and spa and all of this is just a few minutes’ walk away. Despite being so central so easy to reach, it is peaceful and tranquil, with amazing mountain views.

Monte Paraiso Country Club Sierra Blanca
The second stunning urbanisation in Marbella called Monte Paraiso is in the very desirable area of the Sierra Blanca. This can be found close to central Marbella, up the hill from the copper tower and El Corte Ingles. Sierra Blanca is a development of stunning villas and apartments, in a peaceful location, yet within just a few minutes’ drive of central Marbella.
Monte Paraiso Country Club is a development which includes a 9 hole golf course, a gym, restaurant, club house, sauna and steam room. The stunning gardens offer a lush hideaway in the hills and there are four communal swimming pools for residents of the 80 homes in the development.
Just over the road is a business centre and several cafes which are easy to walk to. Within a few minutes’ drive is El Corte Ingles, with its Starbucks café and Swans International primary school behind it. A little further along you have the beautiful beaches, restaurants and port of Marbella, so it is a great location to get the best of both worlds.
Built in 2003, there are a range of properties to choose from including apartments, penthouses and private villas. All the properties are finished to the highest standard, are modern and include extras such as air conditioning and under floor heating, which make them perfect for year round living.
We love the villas on this development for their size, large plot with pool and wonderful spaces to enjoy modern living. One of our favourites is this 4 bedroom south facing villa with stunning sea views. The enormous living room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace and pool is stunning. The large bright kitchen with central island and glass wall is a wonderful place to be and all the rooms are generously proportioned and light.
